Cơm Tấm


This is my mum's Cơm Tấm, or vietnamese broken rice. Its soooooooo good with Nước chấm (fishsauce with garlic, chilli and lemon juice) AND my dad's chilli garlic sauce (for extra extra flavour). Major garlic breath after this meal but its so worth it.
