Curry Laksa

Sambal Kampung has a Curry Laksa that is perfect for me - lots of flavour, fish meat balls, boiled egg and good pieces of chicken. The serving size is smaller than other restaurants, so there's actually a good chance that I will finish the entire thing.

Sushi Bar on Collins

Sushi Bar on Collins has the best seafood inari, the best! They pack it with so much crab meat. Delicious.

Cơm Tấm

This is my mum's Cơm Tấm, or vietnamese broken rice. Its soooooooo good with Nước chấm (fishsauce with garlic, chilli and lemon juice) AND my dad's chilli garlic sauce (for extra extra flavour). Major garlic breath after this meal but its so worth it.

Homemade: Shark Fin Soup

Of course I did not make this. This is my dad's awesome shark fin soup.

He makes about 15 litres of the thing (only on special occasions) and by the second day its all gone.
