Takoyaki

Got these from some tiny stall on the corner of a street in japan. Freshly made, they were hot and fluffy. Delicious!!

  2. They are the mayo that I had to quickly cover on the octopus balls. I would've put more but ironically enough some tourists were staring at me (to figure out the seasoning process) so I got a bit of stagefright :)
